Whom Shall I Fear?

Whom Shall I Fear?

"We can easily sing worship songs to God and not completely understand WHO we are singing to. Even in conversation, we can use language like "God is calling me to this", yet remain insecure in our struggle. If our victorious God is alive, and truly in control of our universe,  then 'whom shall we fear, of whom shall we be afraid?' We can live in this supernatural confidence! This song was written in the time of a personal health struggle, and served as an encouragement. I hope it does the same for you!" (Chase Wagner)

Though tempest roar
And forces may rise against
You are my rock
Jesus, my confidence

You gave your life, oh, to set me free
Who the son sets free, oh, is free indeed

If it’s you that is with me
Whom shall I fear, of whom shall I be afraid?
Whoa, we will sing it out loud
Our hope is found in your love that has made a way

When I'm afraid
When all of our hope is gone
You stir up our faith
In freedom we rise above

Out of darkness, out of fear
You make a way for me
You have called me, brought me near
You make a way for me
