"It was the night of September 23, 1989. Hurricane Hugo was tearing through South and North Carolina, and out of that darkness a gingerbaby's (ginger, being slang for redheaded) cry was heard. That gingerbaby was me."
I grew up in a ministers home, and homeschooled, along with my brother, by my patient mother until the 9th grade. I then attended a small christian school in Spartanburg, SC.
After I graduated high school, I attended North Greenville University were I met my amazing wife, and began my journey as a worship pastor. Upon college graduation the Lord blessed me with the opportunity to serve at Boiling Springs First Baptist Church.
I developed a love for songwriting at high school and college, and began leading some of these original songs at local church gatherings, camps, retreats and conferences. I was blessed to attend the 10,000 Fathers worship school and i am currently apart of the Masters of Arts in Worship pilot cohort at Northern Seminary in Chicago, Illinois.
