Sanchez is a musician, worship leader and pastor based in Charlotte, North Carolina. He spent several years traveling across the country as the drummer for The Advice, a Billboard-charting Christian pop/rock band based out of Greenville, South Carolina. He's shared the stage with many artists including Toby Mac, Mercy Me, Building 429, Jamie Grace, Newsong, Travis Greene, KJ Scriven and Dae-Lee.
In 2008, Sanchez began working at Redemption World Outreach Center under Pastor Ron Carpenter. He began experiencing "heaven on earth" as he witnessed the multi-cultural church do an incredible job of empowering people to live out the kingdom here on earth. In 2012, Sanchez moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, to serve as an Associate Worship Pastor and Music Director at Forest Hill Church. He later transitioned to a student pastor role where, in addition to pastoring middle and high school students, he developed music directors and student musicians as they sought to use their talents to serve God and lead students in worship.
Sanchez is a graduate of 10,000 Fathers Worship School and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He currently serves as the Executive and Creative Arts Pastor at Center City Church - a young, vibrant church in West Charlotte seeking to bridge the city racially, socio-economically and generationally. Sanchez is married to Megan Grace Fair and together they are the proud parents of their son, Micah.
