How To Get Set Up In Integrity’s Online Publishing Portal

Integrity has an Online Royalty Reporting System (https://usa-impubstatements.vistexvibes.com) that displays updated royalty statements 45 days after the end of each calendar quarter. (This site is only available on the net. No app yet.) Only songs that have earnings show up on statements. Payouts are made via electronic bank transfer when quarterly song earnings exceed $10.

In order for you to be set up in Integrity’s System and in order to receive payouts you will need to email the following digital documentation to hello@commonhymnal.com:
(a) a filled out W9, or a W8BEN or W8BEN-E if you live outside the US,
(b) an Integrity Music Direct Deposit Electronic Payment Form,
(c) the IPI numbers for your writer and publisher accounts with your PRO - ASCAP, BMI or SESAC,
(d) a filled out Letter of Direction for your PRO - (1) ASCAP or BMI, (2) CCLI, and (3) an extra for ‘in case.’
(e) if you had a previous administrator, you will also need to secure a Letter of Release from them before the songs can be moved over. Your previous administrator will know what that letter should say.

When Integrity has verified that these have all been filled out correctly, they will set you up in their system and email you a portal user name and password.

If you have submitted the paperwork and have not received your user name and password by email, you can go to https://usa-impubstatements.vistexvibes.com and choose the “reset password” link and submit the email that we have on file for you, and it will send an email to you to reset everything.

Any monies received will be stored in an escrow account until you have delivered all the necessary paperwork.

Your annual, end-of-year 1099 Tax Form will be sent out via hard copy at the end of January each year. So please keep your address up to date with Integrity. If you change your address at any time, please let Integrity know by emailing royaltiesusa@integritymusic.com.

How To Get Set Up In Integrity’s Portal for Master Recording Royalty Splits

Integrity uses @ https://app.curveroyaltysystems.com to process and report master recording royalties.

In order to get set up in this system and in order to receive royalties for your contributions to our master recordings, you will need to email a filled out W9, or a W8BEN or W8BEN-E if you live outside the US, and an Integrity Music Direct Deposit Electronic Payment Form to hello@commonhymnal.com.

When Integrity has verified that these have all been filled out correctly, they will set you up in their system and email you a portal user name and password so you can view statements.

Any monies received will be stored in an escrow account until you have delivered all the necessary paperwork.
