The Process

Last week, a few of us packed up our cars and headed to East Tennessee to work on songs from our live recording this past September. A few of the singers in our crew laid down some background vocals while a few of the musicians tightened up some loose ends with the music. It’s a crazy and exciting journey watching these songs come alive a little more each time we visit them. They somehow still take us back to that room where we recorded them all those months ago.

Last week was extremely productive and encouraging even as we discussed some of the logistics for our project. We even landed on a name for it—Songs From The Underground. The release is a little ways off, but we’re getting there. Wow.. things are really coming together. What a time to be alive.
